Decent stay near the station
convenient location free drink questionable cleanness wired design
The location is very convenient. It is easy to reach from the central station. 24 hours free hot drinks were available. This was a nice touch after returning to the hotel (especially in the evening).
Cleanness is questionable. My family room had a wired design. The bed over the main double bed is not useful. The design of the kid bed over double bed makes it easy to bump your head.

charming stay near central station
fresh fruits central location clean room
i really liked the train theme. the staff was so warm. it created a very special experience. the breakfast had a lot of choices, including fresh fruits. i appreciated the clean room. the location near the train station made getting around easy.
the lighting in the room was not great it made relaxing difficult

the staff were friendly and helpful offering great assistance with directions. i appreciate the 24-hour service desk availability as it provided peace of mind. the team always greeted me with a smile and was happy to help.

the hotel provides free coffee and tea all day and night a nice touch. high-speed wifi is available throughout the building. there is also a convenient luggage storage service for early arrivals or late departures.

poor insulation loud noises
The staff were helpful upon arrival.
The room was quite small. The window had poor insulation, and work was occurring directly outside. Metal plates caused loud noises from passing vehicles, disrupting sleep.

Excellent Location and Friendly Service
convenient location friendly staff free coffee
The location is convenient, right across from the train station. Trams were also very close. I slept very well despite the busy area. The staff was always friendly and cute. I found the free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available 24/7 to be a really nice touch.
The room was a bit cold at night. The shower provided lukewarm water, and I felt the water pressure could be stronger. This made washing my hair a bit difficult.

The hotel is located right across from the train station. I reached it in a couple of minutes. Everything I needed was within a few minutes walk, including restaurants, trams, and buses. That was very helpful.

excellent location adequate breakfast small room broken light
the hotel location was excellent for my plans. i had a train to catch quite early, so this was very convenient.. having stayed before, i knew the breakfast was adequate. the hotel is also situated around the corner from the main area.
the room was too small. the bathroom light did not work properly. the mirror is on the side of the sink, so it is impossible to use and see my face, side mirror.
