really good stay
convenient location rooftop bar attentive staff
I found the location very convenient. shopping areas, many restaurants, and attractions were easily accessible. the hotel lounge was perfect for daytime relaxation. i especially enjoyed the rooftop bar each evening. It offered a unique experience. the staff were attentive and provided useful local suggestions.

my room included a terrace with a pleasing view. i liked the unlimited bottled water. the reusable glass bottles are a very nice touch, it shows great consideration for environmental protection. the room was super clean.

The room was lovely, its design was modern. I appreciated the spaciousness of the room and its design. Breakfast was delicious, it presented local flavors. I enjoyed the garden, it was a green oasis to be in.
The elevator made a funny noise sometimes.

noisy fridge small pool
The mini-fridge made considerable noise. I called reception about it. A staff member came to unplug it. The sound disrupted the room a bit. The rooftop pool was smaller than I expected. It looked larger in the pictures.

great bed excellent robes high-end cosmetics courtyard garden
the room design was pleasant. the bed was great. we were given excellent robes. the bathroom had very good products from a high-end cosmetics brand. i stayed in one of the beautiful garden rooms on the third floorwith views of the courtyard garden and la pedrera.
the fridge made so much noise that i had to call the front desk, and a hostess came to unplug the appliance.

The room was super spacious. it had a lovely terrace. the location is perfect for shopping and dining. I enjoyed my walks. the breakfast buffet was so delicious!
