The location was excellent. i found parking very convenient. the staff were cute, friendly, and helpful. They accommodated all my needs. the room was clean and well-designed. I felt comfortable there.

the staff are so kind and helpful, always ready with a smile. the location is perfect, it's easy to get around and explore. the breakfast had lots of choices and everything was fresh. i really enjoyed my time here and would come back.
the gym is small, but still has the basics.

this hotel have a location so perfect for explore. many attractions are so near for a short walk. i walk to gothic quarter and ciutadella park easy. also, casa batlló is close, make sightseeings easy.
the room wasn't as clean that i hope for, some dust under bed.

i appreciated the upgraded seating on the roof terrace from my 2022 visit. the hotel's location is perfectonly minutes on foot from many attractions. my room was quiet. i found the breakfast very good.
the light fixture near the table seemed loose and poorly secured, appearing as though it might fall off the wall.

The room was modern and clean. The front desk staff was nice and cute. The location was great. So many shops, restaurants and tourist attractions surround it.
I found no kettle for morning coffees. The road in front was noisy. I had asked for a side balcony in advance, but it did not happen.

The hotel is near many shops and cafes, so dining was very convenient. Transportation options such as taxis are also readily accessible. The rooftop sundeck offered a relaxing escape after a busy day, which I appreciated. I found the room and bathroom to be spacious, providing ample space to unwind.
The phone in my room did not function. This made it difficult to contact hotel services directly from my room.
