The location is excellent. Easy commute to the city center. lots of options are available for food and cafes around. staffs were very helpful and nice! i got a room with a grand view of the city. Room service and tidiness was excellent.
This hotel has an evident problem with noise isolation. Every morning i would hear every noise from anyone in the corridor. conversations, doors, steps, all were audible and a bit frustrating every morning.

Breakfast had a wide selection of fresh fruits and pastries. Several hot dishes were also available each morning. freshly squeezed orange juice was a big plus. Coffee was of good quality and always available.

The hotel is directly opposite the metro station entrance. This allowed easy access to different parts of the city. there is also a bus stop right outside the hotel. That line goes directly into the city center.

The room included a modern design and was super clean. i was happy with the daily room service. It ensured a tidy and comfortable stay. the windows provided a nice view. I especially liked the upper floor vantage point.

the location rocks! i could walk to major spots easily. plus, a metro station is just across the street. the hotel service was smooth. they gave free fruit at the front desk. tons of yummy restaurants were super close.
the bathroom shower seemed kinda faulty, it did flood. i told the front desk about the shower issue, but nothing changed. the bottom of the bathroom door looked like it had water damage, too.

the rooftop includes a nice pool. i spotted 20 loungers for everyone to relax. there is also a shaded section. a gym is available with 3 treadmills plus 2 stationary bikes for workouts.

The metro station was conveniently located right across from the hotel. I found this very useful. The staff were helpful and very pleasant to deal with at all times . The room had all the necessary amenities needed for a comfortable visit.
The rooftop pool's water was unfortunately very cold, though the area itself was nice.
