excellent service customer service small room water leak
i appreciated the excellent service i received. andrés gave me great customer service (i was very pleased). the rooms include comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms. the rooms also have tv and everything needed for a pleasant stay.
the room was small, i think. there was also a water leak in the bathroom. the air conditioner was set at one cold temperature. i could not readjust it.

the hotel's location was advantageous. i found myself steps away from multiple shops. i was near restaurants and transportation options. the breakfast service had many choices.
the room i booked was a little small. the bed, while functional, lacked the support i needed. it created some discomfort during the night. i would consider another room type next time.

customer service clean bathrooms
i enjoyed the double or twin room so much. the beds felt comfortable. the bathrooms had very clean features. the tv worked well, offering many channels for my enjoyment. andrés provided excellent customer service. he always had a smile and was always helpful. i was definitely guaranteed a great experience. the rooms are very nice. they are spacious.
the room, though lovely, it suffered from a slight warmth. it was not possible to adjust the temperature directly. i did find this a tad inconvenient .
