I was somewhat let down by a few things. The rooftop pool was quite cold. This made it less inviting. The rooftop area closes early at 8 PM. I could not fully enjoy it in the evening. My room had a broken shower, rather inconvenient.

the room included functional blackout shades. these shades ensured the room remained dark. the hotel provided a tv with several english channels. this allowed me to stay updated on news. the rooftop terrace offered a very nice panoramic view. i enjoyed quiet moments there.

i found the location quite convenient. the metro station being so close was a real advantage. the room was clean and the staff was helpful, especially with directions.
The room felt somewhat dark. i had an internal window with limited natural light. It looked into an air shaft. the breakfast service felt rushed. it did not allow for a relaxed start to the day.

The hotel IS near a main thoroughfare. i could get a taxi from the airport in about 25 minutes! that depends on traffic. bars and restaurants are very close.
I found the neighborhood a bit seedy. there WAS noise from both the street and hallways AT all hours. cleaning was hit-or-miss. They forgot to replace soap.
