Really good two-night suite stay
warm welcome comfortable bed exclusive lounge
The front desk staff welcomed me warmly with complimentary champagne. The king-sized bed in my Privilege Junior Suite provided excellent comfort, and i found the bathroom amenities good. As a club member, the champagne welcome and Lindt chocolates elevated my sense of exclusivity. I felt valued.
I recommend that you book the SPA in advance. It can become quite busy.

small room no sound-proofing
the breakfast had lots of choice, so i did not starve.
the room was too small. squeezing past the bed to get to the bathroom was nearly impossible. plus, i heard every single sound from the room next door, which wasn't exactly peaceful. it was a little disturbing.

The room was spacious.
The air conditioning was not functional. I was told it was turned off for the season. I was advised to open the window, but traffic noise made sleep difficult. Repeated complaints did not resolve this.

i appreciated the efficient check-in, the receptionist was kind. the lobby impressed me with its stylish design. i rented bikes directly from the hotel and found it convenient for getting around. i especially enjoyed the rooftop pool.

extensive breakfast great quality welcome amenity expensive price thin wall poor soundproofing
the breakfast was extensive and of great quality. i felt spoiled upon arrival because a bottle of bubbles and some macarons waited for me in the room. my husband ran the marathon and the hotel provided a buffet of food and drinks for the returning runners in the lobby, that was very thoughtful!
i stayed here recently for a business trip and the price per night was EXPENSIVE for what was available. the room walls were so thin that I was woken up by what i thought was rain, but was in fact next doors shower. you could hear doors closing and toilets flushing.

excellent service comfy beds
Max at reception provided excellent service. The family room suited my family well. The hotel sits about a 10 minute walk from the boardwalk. It has comfy beds and feels clean.
I had to pay extra for a kettle and coffee for the room. The thermometer did not work properly. Dinner was very exorbitant. The portion sizes were very small.
