an okay stay
central location friendly staff rooftop bar sliding door unpleasant coffee breakfast buffet
the location was central. the staff was friendly. the building and rooms seemed beautiful. there was a rooftop bar and pool.
the wc sliding door did not close properly. it left a gap. i had to force it open or closed. the breakfast buffet was below standard and the coffee tasted unpleasant!

fantastic stay downtown
great location easy access excellent staff
i found the location excellent. it was easy to reach many sites and a metro station provided quick access around the city. numerous restaurants were close by and i could walk to many places. the staff were fantastic from check-in to check-out (erin was very pleasant and helpful).
i thought the gym was quite small and not open around the clock, this was inconvenient.

i had a corner room. it was spacious and modern. the bathroom facilities were well appointed. the room had everything a guest could want, even a hair straightener.

the breakfast offered many choices. the staff in the breakfast restaurant were very attentive and accommodating. i found the food to be well prepared (especially the pancakes!).

the hotel's location was amazing, safe, and super central. i found it easy to walk to many attractions and explore the neighborhood. several taxis were readily available for longer trips.

wardrobe bathroom
The rooftop pool was acceptable. the view was alright. Though.
the room had this weird design. the wardrobe was literally inside the bathroom, i have never seen that before. it seemed like a dorm room, definitely not what i paid for.

the rooftop offered excellent views. the staff were friendly and helpful (especially at the front desk).
the pool closed quite early at 7:00 pm. the gym was also small and not open 24 hours, not great.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service
useful outlets filling breakfast fantastic pool
I stayed in a Superior Double room. The room had both EU and US outlets, really useful. Breakfast was very filling with good options (I really enjoyed the fresh fruit!). The rooftop pool and bar were fantastic. I loved having a doorman and concierge, it added to the experience.
The room was not ready at 9 am when I arrived. I had expected it to be available as soon as I got there.

The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection with fresh items like ham and chia seeds. If you arrive close to the 11 AM closing time, the staff will still accommodate you without rushing you. The downstairs bar features a bartender who prepares excellent cocktails.

This hotel has a very central location, close to many attractions. You can walk to La Rambla and several squares with dining and shops in less than ten minutes. The hotel is located across the street from a major cathedral.

The staff provided turn-down service each night. All staff members are very polite and helpful. I was greeted and my luggage was taken to my room as soon as I walked in the reception.

There is a rooftop bar and pool with great views of the city skyline. The hotel offers bikes to borrow for exploring the surroundings (which I found very convenient). Other facilities include a gym and a library to use.
