The minibar included complimentary water and juices. It was restocked daily (a real plus!). The breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh fruits and pastries in addition to eggs and meats. I appreciated that the rooms were quiet at night and everything was clean upon arrival.

the location was good for getting around the city.
The lack of soundproofing was really frustrating. i could hear everything happening in the corridor and even people shouting outside. It made it really hard to sleep well!

i stayed in a the loft room. complimentary drinks were restocked daily in the mini fridge. the hotel lobby seemed nice. breakfast offered a variety of options.
the room doors lacked automatic brakes. closing the doors created a loud noise. my room was located behind a theatre within the hotel building. loud music was audible for two nights.

high temperature
The room got uncomfortably hot. I couldn't get the AC to cool it down. Maintenance came several times but told me it was working and took time. The temperature remained high and made it uncomfortable to sleep. The staff was unhelpful, acting as if I bothered them.
