Fantastic Stay and Friendly Staff

complimentary water relaxing shower

I found the complimentary water and juices in the mini bar quite nice. The bathroom shower had a large rain head , and it was relaxing. I appreciated the many restaurants and coffee shops very close to the hotel , too. The croissants and coffee were wonderful.

I noticed the rooms seemed thin. You could hear people coming in late at night , and it woke me up. It was almost impossible to gently close the door because all of them slammed.

the location was good for getting around the city.

The lack of soundproofing was really frustrating. i could hear everything happening in the corridor and even people shouting outside. It made it really hard to sleep well!

The room got uncomfortably hot. I couldn't get the AC to cool it down. Maintenance came several times but told me it was working and took time. The temperature remained high and made it uncomfortable to sleep. The staff was unhelpful, acting as if I bothered them.
