the room was spacious, a real plus after a long day exploring.
The minibar fridge didn't work at all, a real inconvenience. i asked for it to be fixed, but nothing happened. also, the air conditioning seemed off. It never really got cold, hard to sleep well.

the location was superb. i found it easy to walk to many tourist attractions and explore the surrounding area. i appreciated being close to bus and train stations. taxis were readily available. the rooftop terrace bar was a bonus (it closed a bit early though).

the room was well kept and clean (i especially liked the modern look). i found the bed very comfortable. the bathroom was large and included good amenities such as soft towels.

the air conditioning seemed centrally controlled. this made the room too hot at times, disrupting sleep. the gym and pool facilities looked smaller than depicted in photos.

the location was perfect! i could walk to so many cool spots. the decor was gorgeous and the beds were comfy. i loved the choice of pillows they had available. the shower was awesome too!
the rooftop pool was a little smaller than i expected, but i still had a great time!

The staff were super friendly and helpful with everything i needed. front desk staff handled every request promptly and professionally, which i appreciated. plus, i really loved the special attention from issa at the bar!

the hotel decor seemed thoughtful the furniture was well-kept. the breakfast had many options i especially liked the fresh fruit. reception staff were helpful they provided quick assistance with directions.
the room felt small for the number of people it was designed to accommodate. there was no coffee machine available in the room i missed having that in the mornings. i noticed the rooftop bar was closed i had hoped to visit it.
