good garden amazing breakfast kind receptionist
The hotel boasts a good garden ideal for morning coffee. i found the breakfast amazing, with staff that was both helpful and effective. the receptionist aided us in securing tickets for a camp nou visit. I appreciated this kindness and assistance.
the noise at night was noticeable , as sound filtration seemed minimal.

unfilled minibar loud cleaning
the staff were friendly and helpful. (nothing was too much trouble for them). the location was also great.
My room was not well cleaned. i also noticed the minibar was not refilled. the cleaning team seemed to hit every skirting board and door frame. The noise was loud. (it felt a bit careless).

pedestrian street spacious room hotel accessibility
the location was amazing! the ramblas was so close, and the pedestrian street made it easy to walk around. our quadruple room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well on a warm day, i loved that the hotel provided accessibility with wheelchairs.

helpful personnel good breakfast unbeatable location
The front desk personnel were very helpful with taxi arrangements! They offered useful recommendations for local dining. The hotel breakfast was a good experience with varied options. The location proved to be unbeatable, mere steps from key city attractions.
The toiletries provided were not up to my standards. The shampoo and shower gel seemed identical.
