half door water leak
breakfast had a continental buffet, very good.
The shower situation included only a half door. It leaked water into the bedroom. a situation occurred where leaving anything in the lobby resulted in it being taken. my passport was taken within five minutes of returning to find my coat.

convenient location friendly staff lift service breakfast selection
the location was very convenient , close to many attractions. the staff were friendly and always available to assist me , which i appreciated.
the lift from the ground floor to the reception was out of service. the breakfast selection did not meet my expectations , as the quality was not high.

a good haven
superb location friendly staff
the location was superb because it was close to the metro station. a great area with much to see and explore nearby. the staff had a friendly demeanor and i appreciated that i could store my luggage easily. it made moving around so much easier. i am very grateful.
my room was really small for two. upon initial entry to the room, the lights did not work. the front desk and reception were informed, but nobody came back to fix the lights during the whole stay.

the personnel was helpful and nice, ready to assist. the check-in process was smooth, and the staff addressed any problems immediately. i found their service to be effective and charming.

the hotel is near the Catalyuna metro station along the Ramblas, perfect for getting around. an elevator is available that will help families traveling with small children. i also saw there was breakfast available to hotel guests.

obstructed view poor housekeeping
The staff was acceptable. They helped me with directions.
I reserved a Double or Twin Room La Rambla Views, but the view was partially obstructed. housekeeping did a poor job. I found hair in the shower.
