a tender stay
rooftop terrace plunge pool perfect location taxi arrangement
I adored the rooftop terrace and plunge pool. i spent hours there, enjoying the views. the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. the staff was so kind. They assisted me with taxi arrangements very fast.
The noise insulation was somewhat lacking. I could hear sounds from neighboring rooms.

fantastic stay near la rambla!
central location helpful staff amazing view
I loved the central location near the shopping district and la rambla! the staff was super helpful with directions. the rooftop terrace offered an amazing view of the city. I spent hours there. the convenient elevators were a plus!
The walls felt a bit thin. I could sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms.

The front desk staff allowed me to store luggage before check-in. I appreciate that so much. they were also helpful, kind and prompt in responding to requests. the staff can provide assistance regarding any inquiries about the area.

the breakfast offered a varied and rich selection of foods. the hotel provided many options to choose from, really good, right? the breakfast includes several local specialties. the area has many cafes for alternative breakfasts.

Excellent Location and Friendly Staff
ideal location friendly staff great service
The hotel's location opposite Palau Güell is ideal (i visited it) and just off La Rambla. Access from the airport was easy using the Aerobus to Plaça de Catalunya. The staff was friendly and professional, and also quite helpful. I enjoyed drinks in the bar. The service was great.
The pillows were a little too soft for my liking.

The breakfast room had a nice view of Palau Güell's entrance, a delight each morning. Tasty food and drinks were available, and the breakfast option proved great value for money. I had an enjoyable experience.

The hotel sits just off La Rambla, very close to the Liceu metro station. This provided great access to attractions and public transport routes throughout the city. I also found the location close to shops and Mercat de la Boqueria.

Fantastic Stay Near Las Ramblas!
helpful personnel early check-in comfortable bed extra towels
I was grateful for the helpful desk personnel. They gave me great suggestions for local attractions and even printed some papers I required. My room was ready when I arrived at noon, a nice surprise. The bed was very comfortable! Housekeeping was friendly and provided extra towels upon request. I liked the lounge on the second floor. Ice and water bottle refills were readily available.
The bathroom could use some updating.

The location is excellent, just steps away from Las Ramblas. Palau Guell is across the street. The rooftop terrace offers city views and a view of the Palau Guell rooftop chimneys. The view was amazing!!!

a somewhat underwhelming experience
thin walls basic breakfast
The noise was a real issue. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms, conversations and all. the walls seemed paper thin and made it difficult to relax. also, the breakfast felt overpriced for what was offered, a very basic selection that didn't justify the cost. i ended up skipping it most mornings.

i found the staff very helpful, providing suggestions for things to do. they also printed some papers i needed. the room was available when i arrived at noon. the rooftop terrace provided views of the city including the gothic quarter.
the walls between rooms were thin so you heard everyone around you it was not ideal.
