fantastic stay!
helpful staff comfortable bed safe neighborhood
I really liked the staff. They were helpful! the room was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed, just perfect! access to the metro was easy and the neighborhood felt safe. i had a great experience, all around.
the room lacked tea and coffee making facilities, which would have been nice, considering the price.

the reception team, especially moises, offered excellent assistance! he provided a nice room and gave some fantastic food recommendations. his kindness really enhanced my visit and i think this level of service.

the hotel is in a safe and ideal location that is only a ten-minute walk to born. there are loads of bars and restaurants in that area. equally lovely cafes and restaurants sit only a minute's walk from the hotel, which provides many options.

helpful receptionist rooftop terrace central location clean hotel
lilane at reception was super helpful and friendly. she gives awesome recommendations for food! the rooftop terrace rocks with sick views, a great place to chill. location is pretty good, short walks get you to parks and the beach. the hotel is clean, and the staff are always smiling and helping out!
The room gets a little bit warm. I wish the a/c were colder.

the breakfast is excellent with loads of food to eat! i enjoy all the options that were available and tried many of them! there were a lot of tasty treats so it made me very happy.

the location is central to everything which make it easy to get about! parks, the beach, barri gotic, and even la sagrada familia are all close! taxis were right outside which is very convienient.

The hotel was new and modern, and i found the design very attractive. my room was clean. the rooftop terrace offered very nice views. I spent evenings there. breakfast had a wide selection of cheeses, breads, and fruit.
the room lacked basic amenities. there was no mini fridge available, made longer stays slightly inconvenient for keeping drinks cool.

helpful staff clean room great value
I found the staff consistently helpful. The room I was in was clean and well maintained. Its location near the park worked very well and was close to a lot of main attractions. I did consider this a great value.
There's no coffee or tea making facilities, and I think that is a pretty basic request.

perfect location nearby attractions small room missing amenities
the location is really super i think. i loved its closeness to the ciutadella park so much and other attractions are walkable distance, like el arc de triomf. there are lots of restaurants too!
the room was small guys, really small. there are really no mini-fridges in the rooms and no phone to call down to the front desk, what is that? no room service exists!

the location was really convenient near the park. the staff were helpful when i needed directions. the bar area provided a relaxing space after a long day.
my room was quite small i found it a bit cramped. the window faced a wall which wasn't ideal. i noticed the absence of a mini-fridge which would have been useful.
