The hotel's location was superb. i found it conveniently close to various attractions and public transportation. the staff was friendly, very attentive, and did a great job!!! the rooms were nice. Simple but effective.
The room i stayed in lacked basic amenities. It did not have a mini fridge. it, considering i stayed multiple nights.

I found the staff consistently helpful. The room I was in was clean and well maintained. Its location near the park worked very well and was close to a lot of main attractions. I did consider this a great value.
There's no coffee or tea making facilities, and I think that is a pretty basic request.

the location is really super i think. i loved its closeness to the ciutadella park so much and other attractions are walkable distance, like el arc de triomf. there are lots of restaurants too!
the room was small guys, really small. there are really no mini-fridges in the rooms and no phone to call down to the front desk, what is that? no room service exists!

the location was really convenient near the park. the staff were helpful when i needed directions. the bar area provided a relaxing space after a long day.
my room was quite small i found it a bit cramped. the window faced a wall which wasn't ideal. i noticed the absence of a mini-fridge which would have been useful.
