friendly staff informative staff hot drinks leaking shower bathroom puddle missing towels
the staff were friendly i found them very informative. everything looked like the photos i saw online. coffee machine and hot drinks were available all day i liked that.
the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor that caused a huge puddle. it travelled all the way to the toilet i used all our towels to clean up the mess. the maid never came to clean our room the next day so we did not have any clean towels to use.

The staff members are very helpful and friendly! There is a nespresso machine in the kitchen. I could easily make myself a free coffee. The room was super clean and cozy. The location is great. I could walk to main attractions!
I noticed some hairs in the corners of the bathroom and in the shower. A blue pill looked from above the curtains when I wanted to close them in the evening. The room was quite small. The windows provided no view

this place is well designed. the staff were very helpful . i appreciated the convenient access to a well equipped kitchen. i liked that tea coffee cookies and oats were available.
the room was a bit small for my liking.

The staff was very friendly. They offered assistance with my luggage. The room had a modern design. A very sexy shower was included in my Double Room. The location was central for getting around. Everything was in walking distance.
The rooms do not have mini fridges so my water got warm quickly.
