inoperative air conditioning inadequate lighting
the location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
the air conditioning was inoperative . i also found the lighting in the room to be inadequate. the water pressure was inconsistent

metro stations walking distance spacious room
The location is great. It is close to many metro stations and within walking distance of various attractions. the hotel is very clean and the breakfast is good. i got a triple room. It was super spacious.
the cost was a little high! i felt the value could have been better.

unfriendly receptionist unclean walls
the hotel was very clean.
I was surprised by the lack of soundproofing. I could hear everything from other rooms, even bathroom noises. additionally, the receptionist wasn't friendly, impacting my overall impression. the walls looked unclean too.

the hotel's location was central. i found many restaurants nearby. the breakfast had delicious options (especially the pastries!). the staff were always ready to help with any questions i had.
the room was slightly smaller than expected, with limited space for luggage.

dinner recommendations fantastic location quiet room comfy bed
The staff provided great dinner recommendations and reservations. I found the location fantastic and within walking distance to many attractions. The room was quiet despite being in a busy area. I loved the comfy bed. I slept soundly each night.
The room could use a fresh coat of paint.

convenient location soundproofed room attentive staff helpful storage
i found the location convenient. it was easy to access the main shopping street and the metro. the rooms were clean and looked soundproofed. the staff seemed attentive to requests. luggage storage was available and helpful.
my room was small. i think more storage space is needed, especially wall hangers for coats. it was january, so we had big coats, but there was nowhere to hang them..
