new furniture amazing location nice welcome
the apartment was spacious with new furniture. its location was amazing and very central. patricia welcomed me very nicely and was very helpful.
i noticed fresh towels cost 20 euros extra per towel and rooms were not cleaned .

missing kettle uncomfortable mattress
The location was acceptable in the city center.
The kitchen lacked a kettle and basic utensils, I couldn't even boil water. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, it was the worst mattress from all. Noise isolation was bad, I could hear everything in the hallway at night.

quiet room beautiful interior
the room was super big the interior was beautiful and everything was clean it is directly at gran via which makes it the location perfect for holidays but it is still very quiet in the room

Acceptable stay at a central location
central location spacious apartment rude staff non-functional ac
The location was amazing (right in the heart of everything!). My apartment was also quite spacious, especially the two-bedroom layout. I loved having that extra room to spread out.
The AC did not work during my July visit (making the weather feel even hotter!). The guy at the reception acted quite rudely, refusing assistance when I needed it. It was a really bad experience.
