central location quick assistance convenient directions slow elevator small breakfast area dated decor
the location was central. my room was close to many attractions (i visited several museums). the staff provided quick assistance with directions.
The elevator system proved a bit slow. i sometimes waited a few minutes for an available lift. the breakfast area seemed rather small for the number of guests. It felt a bit crowded during peak hours. the room decor looked somewhat dated.

The hotel is steps from gran via with its many shops and restaurants. plaza mayor is within walking distance. I found christmas and new year festivities there. the staff helped store my luggage after checkout, a very convenient service. a departmental store with a supermarket sits just behind the hotel..
I found the walls to be quite thin. I could hear hallway conversations fairly clearly.

excellent location effective soundproofing perfect air conditioning helpful staff
The location was excellent. I was very close to everything. the room included effective soundproofing. Street noise was minimal. i found the air conditioning worked perfectly. the staff was helpful with directions.
the elevator was somewhat slow at peak times.
