The hotel is steps from gran via with its many shops and restaurants. plaza mayor is within walking distance. I found christmas and new year festivities there. the staff helped store my luggage after checkout, a very convenient service. a departmental store with a supermarket sits just behind the hotel..
I found the walls to be quite thin. I could hear hallway conversations fairly clearly.

The location is very central. A metro station is also close to the building. The breakfast was plentiful and had good choices.
I did not find body towels. I had to use a hand towel after showering. There was no hot water in the shower. it WAS very NOISY.
