wonderful city stay
comfy bed good shower quick access many options
i am grateful for a very comfortable room. the bed was comfy. the shower was great. the location provide quick access to many restaurant near to the hotel. breakfast feature many options.
I found some areas needing a little update. It felt slightly tired.

breakfast include a lots of choices, with fresh fruit, pastries and hot dishes offered. the variety provide many tastes for all type of persons. the quality and flavors was good too.

the reception staffs are helpfull especially with directions. they give quick response to needs. i saw staff maintaining cleanliness, with attentiveness.

A good hotel with a few drawbacks
amazing variety convenient location helpful staff untidy bar slow service uncomfortable seating
The breakfast was very good I found its variety amazing. The location was convenient for exploring the city I could easily reach different attractions. The reception staff was especially helpful they answered all my questions.
The bar area could use some tidying up it looked a bit clinical. It was sometimes difficult to find someone to serve a drink service was slow. There was no comfortable seating in the bar no atmosphere at all.

The location was really convenient. A metro station was just a short walk away. the breakfast had a large selection. I loved the many choices available!!!
The noise from the plaza outside was noticeable. Double glazing would help.

Decent Location, Noticeable Issues
cramped room broken door
The room felt quite cramped. My Quadruple Room lacked character. Though I was on the top floor, the small window near the ceiling barely let any light in. This. the bathroom door wouldn't close properly, so that was annoying.

I found a beautiful exterior at this hotel. The staff worked tirelessly. The location provided convenient access to many places.
The breakfast room felt small. Getting food was a challenge. Navigating among all the people proved difficult.

The breakfast had a large selection. The staff were very friendly, even those who only spoke Spanish. The location allows you to easily walk to the center and all the sights, I loved this!

cramped room faulty door
My stay had a few notable drawbacks. the room lacked character and felt cramped. It hardly lived up to expectations. the bathroom door also presented an issue as it wouldn't close properly..
