unclear signageineffective air conditioning
I walked past several times because the signage was not clear. It looks more like a restaurant. The air conditioning was set to 16 degrees with high fan speed, but it was not effective at all. I found it very hard to sleep on the first night.

the hotel had a super central location near gran via. everything worth seeing was within walking distance. the staff were friendly and helpful. the coffee at the bar was great.
the room was really small with see through glass in the bathroom. it was very awkward for bathroom duties. the receptionists seemed hit and miss.

the location was acceptable, close to transport.
The room was very small, i almost tripped. the bathroom had a strange layout, i had little privacy. also, the air conditioning made a very loud noise all night. It sounded like a coffee machine brewing, so i didn't get much sleep.

I was impressed with the very helpful staff . The hotel provided me with clear directions and recommendations for local eateries. I also found the cleanliness of my room to be really good. Everything felt fresh and well-kept.
The bathroom design did seem a bit unconventional, it had a glass enclosure.

the staff was attentive, our every need was met with grace. i especially appreciated the seamless room change they facilitated. they handled our luggage with care when we arrived early, great to explore freely.
I found the lack of clear signage initially confusing. It took a few passes to locate the entrance. the room's design felt a bit unconventional, with the toilet's proximity to the bed feeling less than ideal.
