central location luggage storage excellent shower
the hotel was very central, really close to plaza mayor. staff stored my luggage before check-in, a very convenient service. the room included a nice shower, i really like it.
my room faced a busy street, it was very noisy, day and night. i could hear street noise, it disturb me during the night.

clean room coffee maker central location
the room was clean. i had a coffee maker. the staff provided good service. the location allowed easy access to many sites. i liked having juice available each morning.
the street outside was very busy. it resulted in noticeable noise at most hours.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay
poor soundproofing small apartment
The noise levels were pretty bad. I could hear everything happening in the corridor at night. Doors slammed often, and conversations echoed right into the room. This lack of soundproofing made it hard to relax. the 'One-Bedroom Apartment' I booked felt smaller than advertised. There wasn't much space to unpack luggage. I think there are improvements needed to justify the price.
