Wonderful stay near the park!
perfect location easy access
i really loved the location near the park. the location was directly opposite retiro park. the park was easily accessible. the location provided easy access to shops and restaurants!
the hotel room needs some sprucing up. the room looked a bit dull and shabby. i hope they will renovate the rooms soon.

main park train station great breakfast
the location is great for visiting the main park. the hotel is also close to the train station. breakfast was excellent with a great selection.
the air conditioning unit in the room made quite a bit of noise.

warm greeting peaceful respite fresh fruit
the staff greeted me warmly each day. my room offered a peaceful respite after exploring. the proximity to retiro park was a true gift i could wander through its gardens at dawn. breakfast provided a delicious start with a variety of fresh fruits and pastries.
the elevator service was occasionally slow it sometimes caused a delay when leaving or returning to my room

the staff was very friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. breakfast had an excellent variety, including sugar-free jams and omelettes made to order for my dietary needs (i have diabetes). my daughter has a gluten intolerance, and they offered gluten-free bread and desserts. the hotel's location near retiro park made daily walks convenient.
the common spaces felt small and sometimes inadequate for the number of guests, lacking enough lounge space.

The hotel is directly across from El Retiro Park. This made for easy access to the park. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices. The staff stored our bags after checkout, while we explored further.
