perfect spot and central
unbeatable location friendly service convenient cafe
the hotel's location is unbeatable. it's steps away from major attractions. i found it easy to walk to el retiro park and the main museums. the staff offered excellent and friendly service , always greeting me with a smile and helpful attitude. the cafe connected to the hotel was very convenient for breakfast. the jolly waiter took good care of me.
i noticed the room walls seemed a bit thin , allowing some noise to filter through.

tiny room stingy breakfast
the location was acceptable i guess, near the main attractions.
my single room was a joke, so tiny. the bathroom seemed like a closet, i barely could turn around in it. breakfast was another level of stingy, you had to pay extra if you wanted a croissant, i mean, seriously?

great location nespresso machine
the location proved quite convenient. i walked easily to the prado museum and retiro park. the room included a nespresso machine, a nice bonus in the morning.
the bathroom was indeed quite small, making it a little tricky to move around inside.
