great location, solid stay
helpful staff varied selection convenient location adequate space
the reception staff was very helpful with directions. i appreciated the breakfast each morning, it had varied selections. the location is convenient for exploring the city (it is close to the central station). the room had adequate space.
the stairs were quite steep, i found them a little difficult to navigate with luggage.

good breakfast central location insufficient lighting steep stairs
the breakfast was good and provided a solid start to the day. the location was very central, with access to key attractions. i found it simple to explore nearby areas. the staff were nice and assisted me with directions.
the room lacked sufficient lighting. it made it difficult to properly see things. the stairs were steep. it was challenging to carry luggage up and down. it definitely posed a problem.

the staff was helpful . the breakfast included several choices. the location was great as it was near the train station and i could walk into the center easily.
the ironing board in the room was not full size.

the hotel offered a small elevator , though two people inside felt quite close. stairs were available , but they were difficult to climb for some. the lobby was clean , and well maintained.

the location was about ten minutes walk east of the main station. this meant i was close to the action but the hotel itself was quiet. i could reach the central area easily by walking.

central station helpful staff tour directions
The location is near the central station, I found it perfect. Staff stored my luggage early on the day I checked in. The front desk gave me good directions to the tour starting points I had booked independently.
The lift was tiny. Two people were almost nose to nose inside it.

friendly staff decent location
the staff was friendly enough, and the location near dam square was decent.
My room faced a small, loud ventilation system. I could not open the window at night. there was no air conditioning. breakfast included items like pre-baked bread rolls and canned fruit salad.
