central stay with smooth lifts
quick service smooth lifts early arrival
the staff were helpful throughout my stay and provided quick service upon request the hotel's lifts were also spacious and operated smoothly allowing for convenient access to different floors my superior double or twin room was ready even though i arrived slightly early. i found this very accommodating. the room upgrade was appreciated.
i experienced low water pressure during showers. this was a minor inconvenience but worth noting. it affected the overall experience slightly and i hope they address it.

easy access delicious breakfast comfortable bed
the location provided easy access to the city center i enjoyed the delicious breakfast options available each morning the staff was friendly they were always ready to help with directions or recommendations. our room type was clean we had fresh towels every day the beds were particularly comfortable assuring restful sleep.
the elevator was occasionally slow we sometimes waited a few minutes.

the location was PRIME. i found it easy to walk to many attractions. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety. the hotel provided strong wifi throughout the building.
the street noise was noticeable. the hotel needs better soundproofing in the rooms.
