Acceptable Stay, Issues Encountered
missing slipperspaid adapter
The room lacked necessary amenities. I requested slippers, but staff denied the request because my booked room supposedly did not include them. I had to upgrade to get slippers. I forgot my electrical socket adapter. The hotel charged me for it, even though other hotels typically lend them for free..

The location was acceptable. It was close to many shops.
i found the staff UNHELPFUL. when i asked for extra pillows, it took over two hours to arrive, even after multiple calls. The noise level at night was HIGH, due to street traffic and thin walls.

excelent locationfantastic viewsmall lobbymissing item
the location were excelent. everything were nearby, i could walk to most places. the room, a double room gran via views, it had a fantastic view. breakfast was good to, with many options.
the lobby area are really small, not many places to sit. i did miss some items in the room, like slippers. i expect it to be there, in hotels of this level.
