Located in a triangle-shaped flatiron building from the 19th century, this 3-star Amsterdam hotel sits in the Jordaan district. The Linden Hotel features air-conditioned rooms equipped with flat-screen TVs, private bathrooms with showers, and complimentary tea and coffee facilities. Each room includes soft carpeting, while certain units offer canal views and seating areas. Guest rooms range from small doubles to a Petite Suite that accommodates up to four travelers. Pros

A century-old market operates directly outside the hotel on Saturdays

Historical ceiling beams showcase original 19th-century architecture

Complimentary water and snacks provided in rooms

Located between multiple restaurants within 0.3 miles walking distance

Cons

No on-site restaurant

Distance to Van Gogh Museum requires 1.5 miles travel

“Located in the Jordaan neighborhood, this historical building places guests within walking distance of many popular attractions. In my opinion, its personalized approach is reflected in unique details like departure gifts and guided local tours, making it a particularly welcoming and comfortable stay. While rooms can be small and noise travels, I think the attentiveness of the staff and thoughtful extras make it a worthwhile choice.”

best little hotel ever!!!

convenient bus stopcanal locationcomfortable bedreplenished treats
the hotel's closeness to the bus stop made getting to and from the train station super easy! it's right on the canal, so the views were AMAZING!!! the room was a good size and felt cozy. the bed was very comfortable, and i slept like a baby. plus, they had an in-room kettle with tea, instant coffee, and treats replenished daily, talk about a nice touch!
the only tiny issue was that the wine glasses had a few marks. it's a small thing, but i figured i would mention it.
