Convenient Location and Helpful Staff
convenient locationfriendly staffgvb tickets
the location is convenient. it is a block from the tram (i counted 5 stops from central station) and a block from restaurants and shops. it was easy for me to walk into the city center. the staff was friendly and helpful (they even sold gvb tickets at reception!).

The staff was friendly and very helpful . My room had air conditioning, a comfy bed, and a safe. I really appreciated the convenience of the location. Trams and buses were easily accessible.
The pillows were a little too firm for my liking.

The hotel sits close to many restaurants and stores near the canals. Walking to many museums and sights is quite convenient from this location. I FOUND great restaurants and bars nearby.

The location was acceptable. I could reach many places relatively easily.
the room lacked proper ventilation, and this was frustrating. the dampness, and the air conditioning was so loud. it was difficult to get a good night's sleep in such conditions, it was awful!!!
