convenient stay near vondelpark
stable wifi helpful staff
The hotel is close to a tram station and has a direct bus route to the airport. It's very convenient. The wifi was stable. I appreciate that. Breakfast included many choices. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I found the room small and cramped with a narrow passage between the bed and the desk. The refrigerator door could not fully open because of this. the air conditioning was weak. It did not cool the room effectively.

The location was VERY convenient. Close to tram lines made travel easy. i found the staff to be helpful and pleasant. a fabulous shower was included, and that was REALLY nice.

a very pleasing stay
helpful staff complimentary drinks good location
The staff were friendly and helpful, providing amenities when needed. upon arrival, i found complimentary drinks, water, and chocolates in the room. i received a free breakfast on my first morning. the location was good. I found links to the central station easily.
the tap in the bathroom leaked. it created a puddle around the sink and onto the floor. i believe this was due to a malfunction rather than the tap being left on.

conveniently located, the hotel is near museums and a tram. there's a bus that runs directly from the airport, stopping just a block away. this eliminates the need to use the train.

small room noisy room
The location was acceptable, with convenient access to nearby attractions.
My room was SO small. It was hard to move around the bed. The bathroom was also tiny, a real squeeze. I could clearly hear everything from the room next door, including conversations. This made it hard to relax.

direct bus great breakfast small room air conditioner
The hotel is close to a tram station and has a direct bus to the airport. The breakfast selection was great. I found the price affordable compared to other hotels in the area. The WiFi connection was very stable.
The room was small. The air conditioner did not have much power, so my room was warm. There was a narrow space between the bed and the desk. I could not fully open the refrigerator door because of this.
