helpful staff stocked bar daily service thoughtful service

the reception staff were always ready to help with directions and suggestions. i noticed the well-stocked bar serves as the breakfast room, offering great drinks all day. my room had daily service that refreshed everything, a nice convenience. the staff helped me with my luggage a few doors down, a thoughtful service.

The room i got was small. A real squeeze. ventilation in the bathroom was completely busted, which wasn't ideal (it felt stuffy). plus, the minibar didn't cool anything. the receptionist wasn't especially friendly either, which just added to the frustration.

The hotel's location proved convenient. I found myself very close to key attractions (especially the Anne Frank House) and public transport links. The breakfast was delicious (especially the pastries!).

My room felt a bit small for the price. I also noticed the ventilation in the bathroom was not working properly. The minibar did not cool as effectively as I would have liked.

The staff fulfilled all my requests. The area is quiet and convenient. The breakfast offered numerous choices for eggs, meat, cheese, and coffee. The entire interior is beautiful, from the entry to the bar and restaurant.

The decor is dated and very dark in the room. It feels quite oppressive.

I stayed for several nights. the location was very convenient to attractions. the staff provided great assistance with directions. the room included a spacious jacuzzi, and it helped me relax after a long day. breakfast had fresh pastries each morning. They tasted very nice.

the hotel is located on an iconic canal. the gothic decor is strongly characterized, giving the place unique charm. i found the breakfast fine. the location is very central, convenient.
