the location worked well, enabling easy walks to many destinations. there are various shops nearby, quite handy. the bed offered good comfort and warmth in mid-winter. i found the accessibility to many places very grateful.

The 24-hour reception was very helpful when I arrived late. I appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out processes (very efficient!). My room included a kettle, a heater, a mini-fridge, and a study desk with power ports.
I found that the room was cold, and the radiator was not working correctly, unfortunately.

The location is really good, very central (i was charmed). Rooms are clean, and staff is friendly. The hotel is close to trams, so it is easily accessible. The room includes a window with a view in the backyard.
The room was a little small, with little walking space. The mattresses kept slipping a bit out of our beds. the shower doors were derailed, (a nuisance) and they became stuck with 3/4 closed.

The room was quite small! it felt a little claustrophobic. the walls seemed paper-thin. I could hear everything happening around me. it wasn't ideal for a relaxing stay but i suppose it was bearable for a short trip.
