central location friendly staff convenient entry swift check-in
the location proved very beneficial, being close to the central station. the staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival. there were two entry points? i found the smooth and swift check-in and check-out to be a major plus.
i noticed the room i had wasn't very clean and the housekeeping didn't change the sheets or the towels, disappointing.

the reception staff was available 24/7. the front desk provided quick assistance with directions. they also helped with arranging a taxi to the airport early in the morning.

central location helpful staff great price
The location was very central. Ella from the staff was very helpful. The price was great and the room was clean.
The room lacked soundproofing. Street noise was constant. Sleep quality suffered due to this issue.

mixed feelings about this stay
cramped bathroom strange smell
The room size really bothered me. i expected a small space, but it reminded me of i could barely move. the bathroom was also cramped. Closing the door while using the sink was impossible. i also noticed a strange smell coming from the drain.

amazing location clean room
The location is amazing. I was close to the train station (it made travel so easy!). the room was also very clean. I really appreciated that.
the sink in the bathroom was a bit too small for me to comfortably wash my face. it's a minor thing though.
