helpful staff free mini bar convenient location friendly service
the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the room had a free mini bar, a really nice surprise! the location was also convenient, close to the train station and a christmas market.
my room was quite warm and i found it difficult to adjust the heating to a comfortable temperature.

The check-in process was very easy and quick. The staff accommodated my early arrival, which i appreciated. the team was very attentive and helpful with directions! they stored my bags securely before check-in.

I tried the onsite restaurant. The food was AMAZING!!! the staff was kind and attentive. there was a great selection of food and drinks. I enjoyed the cocktails at the bar.

just okay, i guess
dark room missing chair
The room was dark. A main lamp was out. It wasn't just the bulb. half the floors were cement. the other half was a raised platform. there wasn't a chair to sit on either. the price seemed high considering these issues.

convenient location helpful staff friendly service iron board
I found the location very convenient. It is close to the main train station and many restaurants. The staff was helpful and friendly (especially at check-in). The hotel provided an iron and board upon request, a nice service.
I noticed some noise from nearby trains starting early in the morning.
