The check-in process went smoothly , and the staff were very friendly. I stored my luggage on the day of checkout. The beds were very comfortable.
The room I was in was quite small and lacked moving space. There was no balcony , just a window that opened. The air conditioning in the room did not work , and no one came to check it , even after multiple complaints.

The tram stops just outside. Very convenient. breakfast offered many choices and good quality items. the staff helped us quickly when our airport transport did not arrive, a relief.
The parking area felt a bit cramped because of the maintenance vehicles. It wasn't clearly marked.

Our room featured a comfortable bed. It. the bathroom included a beautiful glass partition. It added a special touch. the room offered good internet connectivity. This helped us plan our days.

Breakfast presented a varied selection. I found it quite satisfying. the cappuccinos were a real treat. I certainly recommend it. i found the breakfast service pleasant. The team was very attentive.

The reception staff seemed quite helpful. They were very responsive. when we needed a taxi urgently. They arranged it efficiently, though i wish they told us that our room will be cleaned up at the reception. the overall service.

the room was very clean. the breakfast was really good. it was convenient for trams to take you to the station and other places.
The parking area was limited and chaotic. half of the parking spaces were occupied with maintenance staff and trucks. the parking should be assigned before you parked. i had to run to reception while my husband waited in the car.
