uncomfortable situation smoke smell
the sauna situation was unacceptable. i attempted to use the sauna twice, and each time, i encountered a man seemingly camping in the changing area, drinking and eating. there were no locks available, so it was an uncomfortable situation. also, the floor i stayed on reeked of smoke upon my arrival, though that did dissipate after the first night. this was NOT satisfactory.

convenient and clean
convenient location new facilities helpful staff
the location is very convenient with trams nearby (really helps!). the facilities seemed new. i found parking convenient. i also appreciated that the staff helped get me a taxi.
the room i had was very warm and i couldn't control the temperature. i had to open the window. this meant i dealt with noise from the street.

breakfast started early, at 6:30. i noticed options such as scrambled eggs and bacon. there were also cheeses, hams, juices, coffee, and pastries. the breakfast choices were good.

a restful haven
tram stop spacious bathroom
the tram stop nearby made getting around so simple. i found tea and coffee ready for me, a comforting touch after my travels. the bathroom was particularly spacious, giving plenty of room.
the air conditioning wasn't working at its best , i did find the room a bit too warm. it was a minor thing, yet i hope they can fix it.

The room design felt modern and cozy, a place to relax easily. i was happy to have dark blinds and air conditioning. The mattress was comfortable. the room gave everything i needed for a relaxed time.

the sauna provided warmth and relaxation after a long day. the breakfast included bacon, rösti, and croissants, a good morning treat. i found it all to be a lovely way to start my day.

broken air conditioning small room
the location is good, close to a tram stop. it is very easy to get around. everything was clean, and they provided tea and coffee.
the air conditioning did not work (it was a central system for the whole hotel). i could not control it. my room was also very small and felt stuffy and hot. the fridge also didn't work.
