A Mixed Stay Experience
old coffee machine standing unit
The room felt quite dated. The coffee machine was old and in need of replacement. I was also frustrated that the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly. Instead, a standing unit was placed in the room. This setup was less than ideal and seemed like a poor substitute..

totally awesome stay!
clean room external blind public transport convenient location
i found my room very clean. i appreciated the external window blinds which really block sunlight. the location was easily accessible by public transport. it's also walkable from the main train station, totally convenient!
the decor was a little 1980's, it is only a small thing.

front desk staff members were very friendly. the staff addressed every request immediately. i watched them meet requests with a smile. breakfast staff were courteous and helpful too, i appreciated it.

breakfast included a great variety of choices that were constantly replenished. the food in the restaurant was excellent. there were tram stations nearby. i saw parks and the old town within walking distance, what is not to love!

friendly staff excellent coffee helpful reception cold room outdated key inadequate heating
the breakfast had everything i wanted (especially the bavarian pretzels!). the coffee was excellent and made to order. the reception staff was always friendly and helpful.
the heating was not adequate, and the room felt quite cold. the room key felt very old. it didn't match the overall standard of the hotel.
