The location was REALLY convenient. It was a short walk to the train station (maybe 30 seconds!), , made getting around easy. The room was kept clean. I found the facilities very good overall.
The room felt quite compact. I think more space would definitely enhance the stay.

The kitchen had everything i needed. It included a full refrigerator and sitting area. The location is very close to Enge station. It made tram connections REALLY easy. The hotel is near Lake Zürichsee (what a sight!).
The building lacks proper soundproofing, noticeable since my room was on the first floor, and there was a party in the ground floor. I could NOT sleep well.

The front desk staff were helpful. A gentleman called hasim, i think, was so friendly. we were always greeted by first names and asked if we had a good day. if we needed information, they were ready to assist. it really adds to your holiday experience.
their description of the amenities lists air CONDITIONING. in fact, the rooms are not air-conditioned. they have a feeble cooling system that will not go below approximately 71.5 degrees fahrenheit. i would not have stayed there had i known that.

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to both train and tram lines. the location made accessing various parts of the city quite simple. there are numerous restaurants and shops nearby, offering convenient options.
i found the cooling system insufficient. it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room during warmer days, especially since air conditioning was not available.
