The reception staff offered helpful suggestions, that was nice. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and drinks. I found my room very clean. All the staff members were nice and helpful .

clean facilities charming balcony lovely breeze
the shared bathroom facilities were very clean (i was impressed!). our room featured a charming little balcony. it overlooked a nice little play area and the breeze felt lovely. i really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.
the small size of the room meant minimal bedding was available. there was also a limited wardrobe space in my room. this was inconvenient for storing my belongings properly.

the shared water closets and shower rooms are well maintained on every floor. these facilities are readily accessible, meaning if one is occupied, another is available just a floor up or down. an elevator provides easy access to all floors.

I spent four nights at this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. I found a coffee shop near the lobby. The lobby lounge offered drinks. I appreciated the consistent dependability.
The small elevator was not ideal, especially when carrying luggage.

The staff welcomed me with open arms, their smiles genuine and kind. i found the room very clean. It seemed like a sanctuary. the location was perfect for exploring, close to many attractions. i enjoyed every moment!
The noise from the street was quite loud at times. It did disrupt my sleep a little.

helpful staff early check-in
the staff were helpful directing me to gross munster church and the bus station. i was able to leave my bags and check in early before going on my bus trip to heidiland and vaduz. the staff were helpful
Only down point was sharing wc and bathroom and waiting for the lift. The wait was sometimes long.
