the hotel is locate near a tram stop. this made getting around the city simple. i found the room to have tea and coffee facilities, it was handy.
the room seemed small for the price i paid. the pictures made the rooms look larger than it was. also, i noticed the cleaners sometime forget to refill tea and coffee in my room.

I found the hotel close to a tram station. the coop supermarket was also very near. staff was friendly, they provided free soda, water and sprint in the room. i used the transport ticket machine inside the hotel. It worked well.
the room had no air conditioner. it only had a fan.

the breakfast buffet had a nice outdoor seating area. the selection seemed good but lacked a bit variety when considering the four star classification, the staff alerted us about potential taxi fare ripp offs.

I found the staff were very helpful. The location was convenient with the tram stop close by. The room included a free minibar and coffee machine.
The room seemed a bit outdated. The bathroom was very small. The heating system was inadequate. I was very cold.
