Functional and Convenient Stay
radiant heating clean room helpful staff train station
The hotel provides basic needs at a reasonable price. The staff was nice, and I appreciated the radiant floor heating. The room was clean, and its proximity to amenities and restaurants was beneficial. The location near the main train station allowed me to walk there easily.
The pillows were not very comfortable.

The hotel is close to the main central station , which is useful. There are many nightclubs and bars nearby , if that interests you. Walking to the shopping area and restaurants is possible.

The rooms include comfortable beds and functional bathrooms. The housekeeping staff changed towels daily , which I found helpful. The bathrooms were clean and modern with ample space.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was also kind and helpful. They assisted me with finding a suitable plug adapter, which I appreciated.

The lobby area provides a great space to relax and work. A coffee machine is available in the lobby . Parking is available in a nearby building , with a reservation.

an acceptable stay
the receptionists were very friendly and helpful . they assisted me with various requests i had. the hotel is also conveniently located near the volkhaus, where i attended a show.
The cooling system was not great. the main air con wasn't working well. there was also a small portable unit but it didn't cool down the room much. The location felt a bit unsafe. it is near sex workers and night clubs.

the location proved convenient it was a short walk to many transport options. the room provided a clean space with a good shower. reception staff were friendly and helpful during check-in.

the reception staff were friendly. my room had nice fluffy white towels. the bed had nice sheets (i slept so well!).
