Excellent Central Location and Friendly Staff

I found the location to be really good, within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. The newly renovated suite I occupied with my wife was good. I particularly appreciated the friendly staff. They enhanced my visit.
The safe in the room was not functional, and there was no subsequent effort to repair it.

The staff was notably helpful. Their friendly demeanor contributed positively to the overall experience and I appreciated their attentiveness. Assistance with directions and local recommendations enhanced the stay. Requests were handled efficiently.

The front desk staff were helpful (especially with directions). the location was good. It was easy to walk to different parts of the city. i appreciated the continental breakfast, and the lady cooked eggs to order each morning.
The room was quite small. i missed not having a refrigerator in the room. the street outside was loud on the weekend. There was yelling until 3 am.

efficient reception comfortable bed missing refrigerator loud street
the reception was very cute and efficient. our room was on floor 5, it had a very new looking bathroom and a comfortable bed. the shower was great, hot and with good pressure. there was a pillow menu available.
i didn't realize how much i would miss having a refrigerator in our room until i didn't have one. it was very loud on the weekend outside of the hotel. there was yelling and screaming on the streets until 0300 other nights. the windows are not soundproof.
