well-located and equipped studio
modern studio public transport access free tea
the studio was modern and well-equipped, a great find for a short visit. i especially liked the excellent access to public transport nearby. plus, the free tea and coffee in the lobby after 10am was a bonus.
the room lacked a phone, made requesting housekeeping services a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is near the main train station, about a 5-minute walk. This makes connections and access to the main parts of the city very easy. nearby, tram access is only a 2-minute walk away, quite convenient.

the hotel features a large bar and restaurant area, which seems quite nice . additionally, free tea and coffee are available in the lobby after 10am, an added bonus that is quite welcome!!! breakfast was good with sufficient options.

Check-in was easy, and the staff seemed helpful with the procedures. A key drop-off box is available at check-out for convenience. the staff offered free drinks at the bar as well as buffet breakfast on one morning!!! the staff was friendly.

The studio provides all essentials, and the kitchen is well-equipped, a definite plus for longer stays. the rainfall power shower was lovely. It added a touch of luxury. the bed was comfy providing good rest.

small room double billing
The room i got felt quite small. it was especially noticeable since i was with my family! also, i had some trouble getting reimbursed after being charged twice. It was a real hassle. i certainly didn't appreciate that double-billing problem.

decent location, disappointing room conditions
musty smell strange odor
the hotel's location proved to be quite convenient.
My room smelled musty and dusty. I also noticed a strange odor. the room wasn't quite prepared for my arrival, with no water in the minibar.

adequate, but could be better
missing amenities extra charges
the staff was helpful enough when i needed something, i guess.
the room was supposed to have basic amenities but lacked a few things. like, where were the tea bags? and the milk? i had to ask for them. also, there's this weird charge for everything like laundry and umbrellas.

The hotel is near the train station. the restaurant features tasty food, and the staff seemed helpful . i found a safe and well-lit parking area suitable for larger vehicles. I appreciated that accessibility.

The room featured a well-equipped kitchen, so I could prepare my own meals. Its location near public transport proved very convenient. ,I appreciated the availability of free coffee in the lobby. This was a nice touch.
The ventilation system made a slight noise at night.
