small room unhelpful staff

My room, a twin room, was way too small. i had barely any space for my luggage. also, the staff was not helpful with a billing issue i encountered. They seemed annoyed when i asked for clarification. this lack of support after a complicated billing problem worsened my stay.

The location is central and walkable to many places. the breakfast had good variety. I found tasty bread and fresh orange juice.

The elevators were slow. I sometimes preferred the stairs.
