the hotel had a central location. i could walk to most places easily and the metro wasn't far.
my room was not quiet at all. i heard so much noise from the nearby theater every night. the show went on late, it was hard to sleep. the staff didn't warn me about the theater, they did not offer a quieter room until i complained.

The hotel location was ideal. The Palacio Real was a short walk. Breakfast had good variety. I saw many fruits available.
The hotel walls felt thin. I could hear neighbors talking.
