the hotel staff ensured my comfort at all times. i was greeted warmly upon arrival and quickly checked in. the hotel's location near the royal palace made it easy to explore the city. (the onsite restaurant offered an really good breakfast buffet!)
the gym size felt somewhat small, as it could benefit from additional equipment to accommodate more guests. the available equipment was modern, but i had to wait to use a treadmill.

The concierge helped a lot and the restaurant food tasted great. I appreciated the proximity to many attractions within walking distance. I found the breakfast spread good with varietywith an excellent start to my days (especially fresh pastries!).
The gym was a little small, so there might be limited equipment for those who prefer intensive workouts.

the breakfast spread was good, so i can't complain much there.
I booked a 'supreme double or twin room', but it felt more like a standard single. the bathroom was tiny. The shower was practically on top of the toilet. there was also a strange humming noise all night. I suspect it came from some ancient machinery, but who knows?
I appreciated the friendly staff. Nothing reminded me of too much trouble for them. The rooftop view provided sensational sights, and we got drinks delivered even though the bar was technically closed. Constantine assisted us with this. I appreciated his great service.
The family room had a bathtub in the shower. It took up most of the space. This setup felt quite unusual and could have been designed better.

i enjoyed the hotel location. many attractions are near. the staff was lovely and they provided a very good breakfast. early check in was amazing. i did ask for firm pillows and staff delivered them right away.
the shower had a bathtub in it. this bathtub took up almost the entire shower space. this felt weird because it seemed that the bathtub can have more space against the wall.

the location was okay though the parking was expensive.
The family room had a bathtub in the shower. It took up almost the entire space. it was weird that they didn't put the bathtub against the wall so it could maximize space. also, the room was small. There were no actual lights, and no separation from the pullout couch.
