mixed experience, some issues noted
early morning noise dim lighting
The noise was quite disruptive early each morning. i heard staff constantly using what seemed to be an emergency stairwell adjacent to my room. a faulty shower head was also annoying. It wouldn't stay fixed in position. plus the lighting was dim making it difficult to see well in the room.

central location comfortable beds
the hotel's location was central. many restaurants were close and the metro stop was pretty close too. the beds were comfortable and the room was clean and i liked that.
the breakfast was limited but of good quality.

reasonable stay
professional service quick help sole securing hard bed unsuitable pillows alternative options
the service was very professional. a staff member quickly helped when i needed tape for my walking shoe. within five minutes, they provided glue and spray to secure the sole.
the bed felt hard. the pillows also did not suit my preferences. i did not find any alternative options in the room.

amazing location helpful staff good breakfast disappointing room loud noise shower leak
the location was amazing!!! it allowed us to walk everywhere. the staff were lovely and very helpful too, so appreciated. breakfast was good and had plenty of choices, i was so happy with it!
Our room was a little disappointing, even though we had a room with a window, the view was non-existent as we were looking out onto another building. on both mornings of our stay, we were woken up by builders around 6am due to loud talking and laughing. the room's condition overall needs repair. The shower leaked, and the bathroom door did not close.

The hotel's location was convenient. I found the breakfast to be AMAZING!!! The selection was extensive and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
