Romantic Getaway, A Haven of Comfort and Elegance

I loved the hotel's proximity to the Prado Museum and Retiro Park. The breakfast buffet offered a beautiful view and a delicious variety of options, including fresh pastries. Our room included air conditioning and a safe that worked well. Julia in Guest Relations helped to make our anniversary special!
The gym was a bit small and lacked equipment.

The superior double room offered a beautiful view, air conditioning, and a well-functioning safe. I found it comfortable. The bathroom featured a nice shower. The room was clean. And the bed was comfy. The room size was adequate, too.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Prado Museum, the Atocha train station, and Retiro Park. It made exploring easy. A taxi stand right outside simplified transportation, with easy access to various parts of the city. I really enjoyed it. Everything was walkable!

Breakfast featured a wide variety of options. There were many delicious choices to enjoy each morning. The on-site restaurant had a nice selection of drinks, wines and cocktails. The food was delicious!

The hotel included a gym, however, it was small. There was a nice reception area. It was very clean. Free WiFi provided an adequate environment. I enjoyed the taxi line right outside the front door. It was super easy.

The staff was courteous and helpful whenever I needed assistance. I really appreciated it. Julia, in Guest Relations, made our anniversary special and was helpful. She really went the extra mile! The checkin process was very efficient.

The location was indeed convenient, being quite close to major museums.
The room I received was smaller than expected. Opening my suitcase required using the bed. This made it difficult to move around comfortably (especially with luggage).

the hotel had a perfect location near retiro park i easily accessed the prado museum i really appreciated the free upgrade to a superior room i could see the park from it.

adequate stay with issues
unclean cups ant problem
the location suited my needs well enough.
The lack of basic provisions disappointed me. There were no water bottles and no coffee or tea available. housekeeping failed to replace used cups after cleaning. They left them uncleaned. we also found ants in the room. That included one on a pillow.

Excellent Stay Near Atocha Station
train station helpful staff good breakfast
The hotel's proximity to the Atocha train station was very convenient for my travel. I found a métro station nearby. The breakfast had a good selection and the staff were helpful. The room size was nice and comfortable.
The sound proofing could be better.

great location very nice balcony missing kettle dirty cups
The location was great. It was a short walk to transportation. the balcony on the seventh floor was very nice! i also appreciated the apples and water in the lobby.
The room lacked basic amenities. There was no kettle to heat water. the dirty cups were not replaced after cleaning. The housekeeping just left them as they were.
