the location is very convenient, close to two metro stations. my room had a kit with useful items like a toothbrush and comb (a thoughtful touch).
the room had a slight smell of old furniture upon arrival.

Excellent Hotel Choice
spacious room clean room great location metro station
My room was very spacious and clean I had very comfortable beds. The hotel's location is great it allowed easy access to the city center. Shops and restaurants were very close so I had many choices. The metro station across the street made commuting convenient.
The soundproofing in the room was not as effective as I hoped I could sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms.

The Double Room featured two separate beds pushed together and provided a comfortable arrangement. The room included a desk and chair providing a functional workspace. I found the provided wardrobe very useful for storing clothes.

I did find the gym a little limited with equipment.

the hotel staff was cute and helpful. saraya a, at reception, was helpful when i booked train tickets. ramiro offered good tips on local sights.
the hotel has zero sound proofing. noise from the street and neighbors was a total disappointment.

Excellent Hotel Experience
spacious room comfortable bed
The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I recommend Lamucca de Almagro restaurant, located very near the hotel. I appreciate the hotel restaurant for late arrivals. I would book again.
The safe was broken when I arrived. I reported it to the staff on Saturday. It was not fixed .
