charming stay near retiro park
excellent locationamazing staffquick resolutioncoffee machine
the location was excellent, so close to retiro park. the staff were amazing. ruben helped me contact a doctor for a medicine script i needed. it was resolved quickly over the phone and email.
the hotel didn't have a coffee machine, and i would have liked to relax with a drink after a day of sightseeing. there wasn't a chair in the room. the lack of in-room coffee and seating was inconvenient.

the hotel felt luxurious. lovely rooms have character and modern conveniences. bathrooms are modern. the hotel is in a beautiful, safe area, even late at night.

the family room included bunk beds. this room was ideal for my family. room cleaning was done perfectly. i found easter eggs hidden in the room, such a nice touch.

breakfast was great. a friendly and efficient woman, virginia, runs the breakfast. new dishes and local delicacies were available every morning. the breakfast staff was kind.
