a decent stay, some issues.

the location is great, its a walk distance to the main places. the breakfast was also quite good with a lots of choices. i really enjoyed it and find it to be worth the price. the staff at the breakfast was always smiling to me.
the pool is not for swimming, its very shallow. also, the female receptionist seemed unfriendly to me and smile reminded me of she did it because she have to. i wish she was a little more kind and smily.

The rooftop pool was a nice amenity to have after a day exploring the city. The buffet breakfast offered many choices and started early (very convenient!).
I noticed some noise from the lobby at night. This made it a bit difficult to fall asleep.

unhelpful stafflobby noise
The reception staff didn't seem to care much about requests. i asked for some basic things like water and a tissue box, but they couldn't help. the noise from the lobby was a real problem. I could hear everything, even late at night. light seeped in under the door whenever anyone passed by. it was hard to get a good night's sleep!

the pool on the roof was lovely. it could get busy though. there was tea and coffee in the room.
i don't think there was a fan in the bathroom and it smelled bad. the bed wasn't the most comfortable.
