fantastic stay!
free safe complimentary water helpful staff
the rooms had a safe free to use. rooms also featured a fridge with complimentary water. coffee and tea facilities were available. air conditioning kept the room at a good temperature. the breakfast buffet had excellent food. reception staff was helpful with directions. staff was very accommodating and friendly too.
the hotel has no sound isolation, so you can hear doors slamming early in the morning.

the reception staff helped me with directions and local attractions. they always provided quick answers, though sometimes the language barrier was there. the team's attentiveness made things easier!

The location was decent. The metro was nearby.
It was noisy early in the morning. the beds were singles pushed together. They separated easily during the night making sleep uncomfortable

a decent stay, some issues.
great location good breakfast shallow pool unfriendly receptionist
the location is great, its a walk distance to the main places. the breakfast was also quite good with a lots of choices. i really enjoyed it and find it to be worth the price. the staff at the breakfast was always smiling to me.
the pool is not for swimming, its very shallow. also, the female receptionist seemed unfriendly to me and smile seemed like she did it because she have to. i wish she was a little more kind and smily.

rooftop pool early breakfast
The rooftop pool was a nice amenity to have after a day exploring the city. The buffet breakfast offered many choices and started early (very convenient!).
I noticed some noise from the lobby at night. This made it a bit difficult to fall asleep.

unhelpful staff lobby noise
The reception staff didn't seem to care much about requests. i asked for some basic things like water and a tissue box, but they couldn't help. the noise from the lobby was a real problem. I could hear everything, even late at night. light seeped in under the door whenever anyone passed by. it was hard to get a good night's sleep!

rooftop pool room coffee bathroom fan uncomfortable bed
the pool on the roof was lovely. it could get busy though. there was tea and coffee in the room.
i don't think there was a fan in the bathroom and it smelled bad. the bed wasn't the most comfortable.
